I am a soprano. I sing solo and with others. I have sent your poem to my other ensemble members. I am very impressed with it.

I absolutely loved this! Barbara eloquently expresses the connection between creation of the beautiful gifts of the Soul and Spiritual inspiration in poetry and how timeless it is. Her interpretation of these poems pulled me into the feelings, emotions & Spirit of the words and the authors' essence, as well as leaving room for my own connection with them. This was also a learning experience for me on how different ways poetry can be expressed and written. Barbara is truly an example of one who speaks from the Spirit deep within herself and an inspiration for all!

So well written, humorous, and moved along so smoothly. You can sure tell a story.

What a great collection of characters. In a few stanzas, I get not just the named residents of this trailer park, but the unnamed and otherwise-occupied adults who were players in this drama.

After carefully reading several of the so-called poems at your website, I can safely say, your poets have nothing on Edgar Allen Poe or Shakespeare, for they are certainly amateurs. There is more to poetry then imagery or stanzas. Enjambment looks pretty but says nothing. Even worse, there was no artistic talent displayed: period. I didn't want to read the would-be author's poem a second time. Think about that and what it means? I will agree, rules are made to be broken, but first you have to learn what the rules are.
